LOL> your post came too late for me - I applied for one last week and only brought one photo.

For anyone doing this at Jomtien - it's 300 baht.

Just like to mention for the people using Korat for one that I noticed the form has changed

If you are getting a five year licence for a car and a bike,  they tell you need two, 600 baht, just get one and photocopy it, they accept that at the licence center,

will the yellow book/pink id card work ?

I've done two residence certs at Phuket in the past; one for car license and one for car purchase. On the latter occasion the lady said something to the effect "your address isn't registered". I said it must be - surely that's part of the 90 day process? No, she said - you must register your address, and I need your lease. Luckily I had a copy with me, so it was sorted and a slip entered in my passport.

My question is - is this 'residence registration' passport slip open ended (apart from when/if one moves) or is it a yearly requirement?

Thanks in advance...

Haven't got any of them, only took 15 mins to get the certificate at jontiem, had to bring a copy of my lease and a medical certificate ,passport and copy of my visa and copy of departure card, and fill out the form, with two photos,

yellow book works all the time, I never have a residence certificate; for the pink id card, I don't think it works, it's an  identity document, tabian ban ( yellow book ) is a proof of residence

Never know, but you will be in a pickle if they want one to prove you are still at that Residence

I reckon the slip is a TM30 when you have to tell Immi of your address ( owner has to ), & since you may have moved even though you are telling them on your extension the owner still needs to go to Immi Police & register you

That,s just a thought

PS - Did you pay cash for your car, because I,m getting one on HP & they want 3 CoR

Lucky for you lot their hitting us up for 500 bht up here in Korat

The yellow house book and pink ID card are not accepted at Pattaya Land & Transport Office where they insist on a C O R . Ironically Jomtien Immigration will accept yellow house book, pink ID card or your old driving licence for the Certificate !

Sorry, the medical certificate I brought to the license office, didn't know if it was required for the license renewal but I give to them just in case,
