August 24, 20178 yr Hi. My current visa (tourist) is in need of extension and I will be going to Gov't. Complex Chaeng Wattana to extend Friday. I see in the news that barriers are being erected in the Gov't Complex area as the Supreme Court will be handing down its verdict on a former Prime Minister that day. They seem to be anticipating some sort of public demonstration. How screwed am I? Thank you for your consideration.
August 24, 20178 yr On the basis of the information you have provided, you are not "screwed" The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
August 24, 20178 yr Author What more information would you like? What colour shirt will I be wearing? Thank you for the modest reassurance.

August 24, 20178 yr They have said the area is best avoided today: https://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/998623-advice-to-avoid-chaeng-wattana-immigration-tomorrow-august-25th/ Best advice is to try and get there as early as possible, but that is the advice for most days! In fact, if you are reading this you should already probably be there, or at least on your way.
August 25, 20178 yr Screwed? Get screwed before you go, then you will be relaxed for your visit to CW. There are many places you can go before hand. Ohhh and as recommended, wear a Yellow shirt Edited August 25, 20178 yr by LotusBoy
