I paid for small amount ingame on google play, and my game crashed and after reinstalling the game the gems aren't their. It's a small amount 4,99$ but if I can't resolve with the game company support, how do I do a chargeback with Kasikorn debit Visa card?

 

It's it even possible? Thanks for the help.

Call the number on the back of the card and they will send you a form to sign to initiate a disputed charge

You can do it either way, they can post it to you or even email it (but then you have to print it and send it back) 

 

Or they have some copies in the branch you can sign and they will send it, it takes a while to get the cash back tho, depending on how busy you are it might not be worth it for $4.99

Another open is to email the game developers address on the Google play store and they can probably refund it or give you a new credit for the game

God....I'm just realizing how "clueless" I really am.....havn't the foggiest idea what this one is all about?
