BANGKOK: -- Former commerce minister Boonsong Teriyapirom said today that he would  pose bail for temporary release  if the Supreme Court’s Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions handed down jail sentence on him for a fake G2G rice deal case or which he and 28 others were accused of corruption.

He also said if he is ruled guilty of the charges, it would have impact on his recent petition to the Administrative Court seeking for injunction of the administrative order to impound and seize  his property.

The court is set to announce his verdict in the afternoon, after the former premier Yingluck Shinawatra failed to appear in court to hear her vedict on rice pledging scheme scam.
