Whatever happened to the case involving BBC Reporter's co-accused in the libel case?

It was recently reported that the complainant (if that is the correct expression) in a libel case against Johanathan Head (BBC Reporter) and Ian Rance has dropped the case against the former but not against the latter.

Since then, there has been no news about the case against Mr Rance. Is the case being heard? Or do the libel laws mean that it cannot be reported on?

That was about the charges against Head being dropped.

According to a media source that is blocked in Thailand, the charges against Ian Rance were also withdrawn.

"Mr Rance was interviewed by the BBC for a story examining real estate corruption. The plaintiff dropped charges against him on Thursday, a day after withdrawing them against Mr Head."

Thank you for posting that.

I wonder who whispered in the plaintiff's ear?
