Proboscis Posted August 29, 2017 Share Posted August 29, 2017 It was recently reported that the complainant (if that is the correct expression) in a libel case against Johanathan Head (BBC Reporter) and Ian Rance has dropped the case against the former but not against the latter. Since then, there has been no news about the case against Mr Rance. Is the case being heard? Or do the libel laws mean that it cannot be reported on?
