Does anyone else use cayenne pepper in their diet? I've been a big fan for the past year. I sprinkle it on nearly all my food dishes. Blood pressure reading in March 2023 was 161/108. A few weeks ago 114/74. Haven't really changed anything else. I do very little exercise but have been trying to eat a healthy diet for the past 5 years.
