No, I am a VN vet because when my government called, I volunteered immediately at 17 years of age. I too had heel spurs from running regularly on roads in poor quality shoes but i didn't try to get any deferment as DJT but then he went off to college and played all the sports including the running and jumping so IMHO his heel spurs were faked! with a pen. IMHO he is a coward!

A little later in the video as the officers walk past a restaurant some elderly members of the public can be heard thanking them

I've seen this theory and it seems the gun has a bit of a reputation for misfiring but looking at the video it doesn't appear to discharge, no recoil and as the barrel is pointing down no bullet strike to the ground is visible as far as I can tell. Still a possibility I guess but for me I don't think so.

Hard to believe unless your physical exam missed bone spurs on your heels as that would disqualify anyone from enlisting or draft.

I share the sentiment about conservatives supporting super liberal gun control laws. I get really really sick of the phrase "thoughts and prayers", it means absolutely nothing. Are these people actually getting down on their knees and praying for the victims and their families, or are they just simply saying that inane and offensive trash when there's a microphone in front of them, which is sickening and disingenuous to the max.

Neither party seems to want to address gun control in a serious manner, and every time the Democrats make an attempt, the Republicans block them.

The GOP lets the killing continue.
