I wouldn't call that a representative poll. So, he's losing more Dems and Independents which he would never get in the first place, so the poll is all meaningless and only being used for propaganda against Trump and his administration. You may not realize it but there are now more Independents than there are either Democrats or Republicans. Any Democrat or Republican running for elective office in the US is going to need to garner the support of Independent voters to win.

In the 2024 election, the Independent vote was almost equally divided, with 49% for Trump and 51% for Harris. While Harris garnered slightly more Independent votes nationally, she lost the Independent vote in the swing states. Trump would not have won the election if a much larger percentage of Independents had voted for Harris, both nationally and, especially, in the swing states.

The same holds true for 2016. Clinton won the popular vote by over 2 million votes but Trump was able to get between 46 and 48% of the Independent vote. That allowed him to narrowly win enough states to win the Electoral College. For the mid-terms, the Democrats need to hope that there are enough dissatisfied Independents--and they go to the polls--to win back Congress.

A lawsuit claiming he assaulted an older woman in a department store dressing room.

A lawsuit by people claiming they thought Trump University was an actual accredited university.

The Biden DOJ had the unredacted Epstein files for four years and found nothing actionable on Trump.

If the left takes the house they will impeach Trump again, but again they will not be able to convict him.
