Let's play Sherlock here, how can the police assume these three characteristics?

Possibilities:

CCTV cameras show people entering the premises being white.

Witness(es) who talked to the suspect confirmed accent, etc

Car number plate(s) caught on camera revealed identity of suspect.

How can the police be so sure there is no political aspect to the murder?

Robbery of items, perhaps the suspect has a history of break-ins.

The black players are not "ethnically" English. It's not a case of believing it or not, it is a simple statement of fact.

Clearly their nationality is English or they would not qualify to play under FIFA rules. Guehi for example was born in Ivory Coast and subsequently moved to England and acquired British citizenship. That does not make him ethnically English, obviously. To say that he is, would be ridiculous.

Your attempts at the ethnic deconstruction of the English say a lot about you and none of it is positive.

By your definition, it is also (almost) certain that none of the England squad are ethnically English i.e. are full-blooded English. For example, Kane and Rice both have some Irish heritage.

Police were today examining CCTV which appeared to show the suspect putting a wooden stick in the back of a "filthy" and "moss-covered" red Vauxhall Corsa on the day she was killed.

Your response doesn't address that. I didn't write that there was no anger before the Southport attack. I wrote that the ethnicity of someone is now given - yes, always in what might be considered a racial or political attack, to prevent any unfounded rumours circulating online that generates rioting against innocent civilians. Those attacks are never against the people responsible for a crime, only those who might be of the same appearance, race or religion.

If the 'radicalized, unstable boy' had been named as a British citizen the riots would probably not have occurred. Hence the change now used in clarifying the background of a suspect. No more being afraid to state it due to PC concerns, and no rioting by the more extreme members of the political Party she represented.

Of course he should have been dealt with before the attack, as the enquiry showed. Everyone failed and has blood on their hands. His parents too, who were too afraid of the child they had raised to report his behaviour. I didn't write otherwise but you chose to refer to it in connection with my post. Perhaps you didn't understand it, which is why I've repeated it.
