jdinasia Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Bought her Sunday at JJ in BKK ..... Mod and Bruiser
mitmig Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 That name becomes her! Is it a minpin? I've got two of them (chocolate & tan and one red/brown) and they are a handful!
jdinasia Posted October 20, 2006 Author Posted October 20, 2006 chihuahua ..... she's already a riot!
britmaveric Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Dunno not a big fan of small dogs, but never the less I know Mod has a good home with you.
jdinasia Posted October 20, 2006 Author Posted October 20, 2006 I never was either ... but after my partner wanted a chihuahua and I bought Bruiser for him ... well ... I love them ... and here you can actually take them with you when you go places
sbk Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 its funny jd, I was the same as you. Never into small dogs, thought I'd never get one. Then I rescued a shih-tsu/thai dog mix and fell in love. She is a spunky little dog with tons of character. Alot of dog in a small package. She changed my mind about small dogs.
jdinasia Posted October 20, 2006 Author Posted October 20, 2006 She's asleep on my shoulder looking much like this right now
Old Croc Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 (edited) Nice. Another crocodile? 555555555555555555 The signature is familiar! Edited October 21, 2006 by Old Croc
bob4you Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 Min Pin's are wonderful, great watch dogs, better than doorbell but won't really bite, at least not the 3 I have had.
jdinasia Posted October 21, 2006 Author Posted October 21, 2006 Nice. Another crocodile? 555555555555555555 The signature is familiar! Yes Noodles is back with multiple screennames ..... this won't last JJ = Jatujak? yes
GonewiththeWind Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 well I thought the dogs and cats, actually most animals at "JJ" aren't so healthy?
Old Croc Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 JD your dog looks like one of those annoying, bulging eyed, yappy little things that are always nipping you around the ankles. Is that why you called it Mod?
jdinasia Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 well I thought the dogs and cats, actually most animals at "JJ" aren't so healthy? Guess you thought wrong this is my second chihuahua from there and both are fabulously healthy .... a dear friend got a pure-bred Siamese cat from there ... also fabulously healthy Mod had already had the first round of shots .... and was bought from a breeder with a perm stall there OldCroc ... she's an ankle biter for sure ... but hasn't found her voice yet!
GonewiththeWind Posted October 23, 2006 Posted October 23, 2006 (edited) Oh, thanks for the information. Can you tell me which shops in JJ sell healthy pets and which don't? I bought 3 rabbits from there, the cutest one died a week later. Poor Brownie... Edited October 23, 2006 by GonewiththeWind
jdinasia Posted October 24, 2006 Author Posted October 24, 2006 (edited) well then I "guess" that "most" wouldn't even be accurate in your own experience! But since I know squat about rabbits ... no I couldn't tell you. <and with it being a rabbit and a week gap from the sale ..... who would know? what did the vet say when you took it to be examined when ill?> Edited October 24, 2006 by jdinasia
