    There are already loads of international companies in Bangkok. With a BOI company you can own 100% of the said company, the company gets tax incentives and you have less restrictions on foreign workers. So your comment is laughable.

You have the right to use and nothing more. You can sell this right. If you demolish the house, the landowner can sue you for damages and will win.

    The building license in your name says nothing about ownership (you already said the landowner had given permission). The mortgage on the land says nothing about the ownership of the house.

    Yes, you can get a tourist visa and study while having one. You are not allowed to work on a tourist visa.

    If the landowner is Thai, the foreigner doesn't own the house but got a guaranteed rental agreement on it. As long as the foreigner doesn't mind moving out and give up the rental agreement for a certain amount of money, there is no problem.

    No you don't, there are 2 ways. I got mine while on an visa exemption. I had a marriage visa but BOI wanted a non B, then i left the country to cancel my marriage visa and ask for an visa exemption. Got the non B visa in country, which was changed to an extension of stay.

    If she never asked for money, it will be very hard to get a scam case in court. If you succeed it will cost you way more on lawyers and it can take years to get someone convicted. When convicted, you still need to find a way to actually get your money. It doesn't matter if the person is a medium level celebrity in Denmark for the Thai police.

    It starts with the person who thinks he / she got scammed delivering a probable story to the police why they think they are scammed. If the police thinks it is a case there will be a police report filed. As you might know the police have a lot of cases and a 500 USD scam case won't be on top of their files for a long time.
