    Do you use VPN sometimes, this could change your IP address while using it, so they think you changed your computer. For work I need to change to a German location sometimes and then I won't be able to access BEIN Thailand website. After breaking the German connection, it works fine again.

    Hospital, no Hotel can book and pay with a debit card through things like Agoda. They also have options book now, pay at hotel (in cash). Loads of hotels you can walk in and pay cash.
