No, in Thailand they don't add things for the color as it is almost pure gold. They add things in other countries so it is less pure gold.

Tell HR your new address, they will take care of it. I have never done a TM30 myself and moved around quite a few times. -
They scan your QR code in your passport and immediately have all you immigration info, besides that they can see if you are in a "wanted" / "fraud" and a couple of more lists.

There are colored people in most parts of the world and haven't' seen any of them being black. While it is a common term it doesn't fit reality. When being in the sun for a while I am darker than a lot of people calling themselves black, but still being called white. -
