I just have a sad memory of a young woman seen on the video escaping the club, and IIRC on fire, and later a friend filmed her in hospital looking in a bad way and having burns all over and particularly sad, facial. Had some Vietnamese connection I think.... tragic, caused by stupidity and negligence.

Wow, that year passed quickly. Sad for those who died and those left injured. I hope they got compensated.

The reasoning behind changing retirement visa/extension requirements was because of Motorcycle Clubs, like the Outlaws, not Arab kids on Honda Clicks.

Does not stop the police confiscating them, forcing the owners (renters) to collect them and perhaps pay a fine. Might achieve something actually. (Although if the Arabs lose the deposit, it may be profitable!)

Your example does not include 7am for one group, there is a difference. Another suggests a beer at breakfast for one group.. that is a difference. One group can go straight to work at a day job after finishing drinking. There's a difference.. As a pal of mine once said as the bar owner was putting stools up at 3am to close, 'It's only 3am, I don't start work until 7am, what am I going to do for 4 hours?'

From what I see there is a lot of enabling going on too..... fat kids being spoon fed as they interact with tablet or phone. Kids that do not move even..... I was never still and had legs like a sparrow up to 11 years old.

And someone with a camera apparently!

Too much alcohol and other substances so readily available...... a few broken hearts and many drawn here to escape a mundane existence back home. Depression and alcohol are a bad mix....

I must admit, their style of driving ( I was in the Mid East for some years) is likely to be in conflict with the Thai nature.
