This lack of policing on the roads is resulting in a lot of danger,.... reckless driving is all over the area now.

Laws are not written with you or individuals specifically in mind..... also many persons do need it to be written down. Can you not perceive other benefits of a seat belt law that go beyond your own injury and impact society more generally?

Many years ago I was exploring near the lake and came across one of their vehicles partially hidden in the bushes with 2 policemen sleeping in there.

It's a troll or two......... heaven knows what they think they achieve.... the fact they can do it anonymously probably amuses them.
