I still do not see how all the eateries that there will be in Pattaya will be supported...... just the Indian and British tourists using them. Thais in my experience don't go for it.
The website seems to be very specific about just supporting British passports....Irish is actually mentioned too. I also recall in my instance it was 10,000 baht plus the cost of the passport, certainly not including it.
Not the responsibility of Pattaya Police..... although that does not stop other police forces paying Pattaya a visit, to see if there are some handouts going!
That is a point... haven't really seen (or rather smelled) the garbage trucks for a while. Used to pass them regular on the railway line Rd, and see them coming and going from the dumping place near Hwy 36.
Well no shortage of them in Pattaya ATM, building Indian eateries every other shop front on 2nd Rd.... they have perhaps picked up some competitive leases in that soi 7/8 area which was looking ready for a demolition.
The headline insinuates that the foreigners were involved in the corruption, but what I read seemed to suggest they were victims of it, and maybe used to support the corruption. Am I wrong?
You suggested I wanted to restrict the use which isn't really my aim... just see no need for it beyond medical. Sorry could not respond better earlier... had to rush off for a dentist session. Could have done with some weed for that!
You obviously did not read my post.... you need to learn to listen on occasion rather than deflect and put forward unsubstantiated claims... and insults. What has made you behave this way?
