This says a lot about the attitude of so called dog owners here. Why don't they just keep their dog inside their own yard? I do not condone the shooting of the dog but i can understand the anger and frustration of the shooter. How long has that dog been a pest to the neighborhood?

I find that a bit double,i think a lot of them do not want to fight but still support the war. My view is that in a way all Russians are responsible for what is going on. I also understand that there is not much they can do if they indeed are against the war. Like i said ,a bit double.

Thailand maybe now it is time to put your money where your mouth is? Choose sides and stop letting Russians into the country!

Wife Drove Over Neighbour's Dog
jvs replied to Brewster67's topic in Plants, Pets & Vets in Thailand
Easy to get the owners to be quiet, tell them the car has been damaged and ask them for compensation. Odds are they will deny it was their dog. It is not nice if someone runs willingly over a dog but your wife is not to blame here at all. Maybe the mutt has learned to stay out of the road.- 132 replies

All of the above makes sense, they are trying to rip the Op a new one. -
I can agree with most that is set above, violence in any form is not part of love but unfortunately often part of a relation ship. My first marriage ended in disaster, mostly for me. I learned and now have been very happy for many years already. You need to set rules for both parties from the get go but a lot of young people still are learning the hard way. In the west there seems to be a definite shift in the type of abuse and in who is doing the abuse. There is a reason why a lot of Western men do not bother with a relationship anymore. Here we are talking about Thailand of course and a lot of people here accept (physical)abuse as part of a relationship. I really needs to end because there are too many extremes and so called honor killings(loss of face). In the west there is immediate help for abused women, here they are on their own and where can they go with no job and no money? The school system world wide should teach children about what is a healthy relationship and how to achieve that. Start with tackle bullying in the classroom!

A few summer songs, -
My first trip to Thailand, was here to make sure a certain person would go back to work on time. Man it was hot!and not only the temperature. Stayed at the Prince Palace, nice place. At night i was told we should go to the Hard rock so we walked out into the street and hailed a cab. Arrived at the Hard rock and had a good time and we went back there for the next few nights,i never even knew there were bars with girls in Thailand. Met my first Thai girl there but that is a different story. The last night we again took a taxi but this driver went the opposite way the ones before did. We told him he was going the wrong way and we knew how to get there so he could not pull a fast one on us. Told us not to worry and just kept driving,we got there fast and the meter price was around half of what we paid the times before. Things are not always what they seem to be.

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
jvs replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
Here you go again, what is the West to do? Stop giving aid to the Ukraine and basically tell Putin to carry on as he likes? You have got to be kidding me! If he gets away with this it will encourage him (and people like him)to just keep on bullying the world. I get it,you don't like war,i don't like it either . Sometimes you just have to draw a line in the sand. -

A garbage strike a long time ago was the reason for this song. Now there is a garbage strike going on in my home country. -

Thank you,i already suggested to put all music in a pile a few years ago but some people said that was impossible and not a smart thing to do. You scroll, you listen,or not? Listening to many genres of music will keep you up to date and to the people who say there is no good new music made ,well how would they know if they don't listen? There was also a music topic on classical a while back,it has died. -
If you pre plan you can already pour anchors when you pour the roof, That way they will never leak and are a lot stronger. Pieces of ready rod sticking out far enough leaves a lot of options.

Yes,this is what we did on one project, also used for swimming pools.

I remember it was very accurate also, never missed its target!

You posted some wrong info there, you are doing better @ Windas but still no prize. -
Yes Holland gets well over 20 million tourists per year,a lot more then they have citizens. A lot of tourists behave like pigs just because they can. They enjoy having a beer in the hand and smoke a joint while looking at the working girls. I mean a lot of them, noise and disrespect. The Red light area of Amsterdam was always a pretty safe place to be when i was there but that has been a few years.Anything bad was promptly dealt with. Now there are just too many tourists around and the old ways are gone. Something needs to be done all right.
