Yes possible,you were lucky.Many cases where people are not so lucky and then we will see a go fund me request. Small accident will maybe not be a real problem but when people are seriously hurt or people die you will be in big trouble unless of course you have millions of baht in your back pocket.

You will scold yourself if you ever get into an accident! All is ok until it is not,then you wish you would have spent some of your time and money to be legal.

Thank you for that,now i know who to contact in Thailand ,now i need to find what to do on the other side. I imported birds from Europe two years a go and it was easy to find the requirements , i found an agent who took care of almost everything.There must be some one in the Ph. who does the same thing.

What Covid has taught us that many schools and education places have gone online. You can teach anything from anywhere and i believe that is the future for online courses. Hua-hin no breeze?Sure they have. I know both places well and i would suggest you just go visit each place for a few days and see the difference and what you like. Both places have good shopping and good golf courses. I would prefer Hua-hin because it is a little more relaxed and certain things are not in your face but it can be found in both places.

There are lots of countries that have dealt with similar issues,just maybe Thailand could for once do the same thing? Breeders need to be registered and all birds they have from a certain date need to wear a government issued leg ring. This has the number of the breeder and the year on it. Very simple,all birds in a cage not wearing a leg ring are kept illegal and can not be sold or take part in a contest. Yes enforcement is an issue in the land of smiles.

I have bought several used cars here in Thailand and the following is what i do. As soon as i am interested in a car i ask if it has a service(dealer) book,if not i pass. If there is a book and the car has been serviced at the dealership you can get all service information from the dealer. Another way is go to Toyota Sure,they only sell second hand but young Toyota cars and will place a warranty on what they sell.You may pay a bit more but you get peace of mind. Or you could ask your friends if they have a lead.
