I don't smoke weed,i hate the taste of the smoke. i do take home made edibles quit often to help me sleep and it does work for me. There is a process you have to do to activate the THC and after that you are good to go. It is not difficult to do and it does not take much time to make a months supply.

I do not smoke but use edibles nearly every evening. It is all organic,homegrown in the garden. When it hits me i just want to go to sleep,thats it. Also the reason why i started using it,many years of insomnia. Last night took a double dose and just starting to wake up now. I just get chill ,not hungry just sleepy.
