    Wonder just what percentage of the population are even aware that driving schools exist. Outside of Bangkok most just progress from motorcycles to cars and drive in similar fashion. Judging by the success of the daily road block checks in my town, I'd suggest that a high number also deem it a waste of money spent obtaining a driving licence and /or road tax, let alone paying for lessons. ,

    Oooh be careful out there. there's a wet patch on corner of Soi6 and 2nd Rd. Probably just a Soi dog issue though.

    Yeah they tried similar with us once. The younger guys were fine with iced coffees and buns but the "boss" made the wife feel uncomfortable with his "soliciting". suggesting that the application was dependent on his approval ! Bluff called , application passed and not seen or heard from him again.

    Actually. I think that each case/situation should be judged on merit and circumstances. What justice do you believe this particular intentional killer should be afforded ?

    Amicably ???? Doubt that the families of those he just murdered would see it like that. Not as if he was holding hostages either.

    My understanding is that Barclays will be closing accounts for non-UK residents ( unless more than 100k deposited). A friend received notice to this effect. We decided his best option being any lump sum to deposit off-shore and his UK pension to be paid into a Wise account.

    Had a damn macaque run off with the glass from my wing-mirror once in a park in Krabi. Local Thai tourists were happily filming him do it . Blighter scampered up on the rocks and basically gave me the finger ! Mate said should report it to the police and they could arrange for an ID parade !

    Well. as every man and his dog seem aware of blatant illegal activity happening on their "patch. then they're either highly negligent of their duties or complicit in those activities.

    Well he did say "to stay in " rather than "to live on"...Using an agent is seemingly endorsed or sponsored by Immigration. which lends to the legality.
