If it is one would have to admit the IO would be somewhat justified to question you. When I was back in Newcastle early this year there was a TV program about abuse of the ed visa system in the UK. I ma not saying you have abused it but the IO may have just been doing his job?

I agree. Additionally, after my last heart attack here I was banned from flying for 6 weeks and so you become an outpatient here and cannot leave (if you have any sense) until the doctor clears you.

This started with the OX, now the OA, I would bet the O- Ext of stay is being readied for something additional in the future as it seems the majority use that system. 

How can they justify someone who already has insurance having to buy additional useless insurance form TIA? I think its a scam. Once they (Thai insurance companies) have control of the pig trough they are going to want more and more from it.

Actually that's no different from any other current method of transfer for a foreigner, you need to provide your ID and a valid reason for transfer to swift and interbank as well.

I read this as they are just adding regulation to the internet transfers that non-banks now provide. 

Don't get me wrong its still prehistoric but does not seems to be as bad as some think.

"Grace" found me as well but are we sure its a "leak" at immigration. These days there are a myriad of lists with all our details being peddled and sold. Banks, Facebook, Internet forums, credit cards - they all sell and buy their lists to list compliers.

I don't see that in the graphs, if you lump all the "Farangs" (Europeans, Americans and Oceania) together AND then lump all the asians (China, SEA and rest of Asia) together, the asians massively outstrip the "farangs" in spend.
