The biggest issue most Thai females face is obtaining the Visa, largely due to many many Thai doing exactly what uyu describd and failing to return to Thailand. Easiest countries to move with less visa hassle would be within Asean area. Many go to Korea for work.

If you want to search for a "proper" practitioner you are looking "Ashiatsu" which means feet, as opposed to shiatsu which means fingers. Personally the latter is better and safer, if they know what they are doing in that style of massage.

What you want, and what you expect to achieve I think will be akin to a needle in a hay stack in somewhere like Bangkok. I woukd respectfully suggest you aim for outskirts or a smaller rural town/area, where the pool your swimming in is smaller and easier to navigate etc.
