The visa cost is not going to be a deciding factor in whether you travel or not. Its a waste of money stopping the fee. They would be better stopping the ridiculous paper laden process and hassle it causes by making visa/extensions LONGER like 60 day exempt and 2 or 5 yr visas and scrap 90 day reports.Be more hospitable not hostile !

EMS are supposed to be "signed for" and if you enter the number into Thaipost trace they will show you who signed for it (usually). If no one is available, they "should" drop a card of attempted delivery. If you keep an eye on the tracking you can see if delivery has been attempted.
