  1. Certainly if you have family/property/business in Thailand or your time is less constrained, it's a far superior alternative. For the actual "tourists" with limited vacation time available, not so much.
  2. Perhaps as we get through November and still no tourists, their desperation will cause a moment of clarity and they will drop the Q altogether by December
  3. Those numbers appear to be from Sept 22 so not sure how much additional progress they've made in the last 10 days. Their program seemed to have been surging pretty well during September. If they have the supply, they should aim high and come as close as they can. 60% by the end of year would be a huge success considering how abysmal the first several months were.
  4. Me-Pfizer x 2, Wife-J &J, Daughter- Pfizer x 2. All in US
  5. Sounds like they spraypainted the turd a different color and called it a new plan!
  6. Looks like the fully vaxed population went up 12% over the last month. If accurate, that was a major improvement over the previous months. If they have the supply and can maintain that rate or up it a little, they might hit 65-70% fully vaxed by the end of the year. My next hope for getting there from the US is next summer so, for now,I am holding out hope that all we will need to enter and move freely is to be fully vaxed ourselves
  7. Likely also that for the 1.3M documented cases, there are at least twice that many undocumented cases that were mostly asymptomatic which further drives the true mortality rate down
