    But I calculate the cost difference per hour to upgrade to a nicer seat, and grin and bear it.  I've done all kinds of unpleasant jobs in my life for less than $100 an hour.  

    Ha ha someone who thinks like me. I too am pretty happy to put up with a bit of discomfort in a plane, a few hours in an airport etc all the while saving a few hundred dollars.

    She just recently started reading 1984 and is loving the book. She recognized the similarities to the "new normal" world from today immediately.

    Whereas I couldn't stand to be with a woman so stupid as to not wear a mask anywhere and remain unvaxed.

    Of course not, this new "confinement" is the new golden goose scam, they are banking so much money on this. Don't delude yourself, it has nothing to do with health concerns, disease prevention issues, etc. It's all about getting a quick extra buck out of you, insurance scam, forced quarantine (at your expense) scam, etc, etc, etc.

     

    Thailand money number #1.

    In Kamala, the neighbours noticed that every evening they could hear a dog screaming.

    It came from a villa with a German resident.

    Apparently, this gentleman actually did make his poor dog his wife who he had a carnal relationship with.

    And the rest of us came here for the beaches and temples.????

    Agree with the beaches being far superior and the booze much cheaper but the food must be close to the worst on earth!!

    Me too but hoping to get there for the MotoGP in Sept/Oct next year.
