  1. The American style Polish and Italian is a new product and dont think you have tried it ?? 95% prime meat in sausage in not poor quality and the very best ingreident that money can buy do not add up to a poor taste sausage am sorry we at Sausage King do not accept your statment also we do not use fillers-colour etc-have a nice day.Rob/sk

I saw that someone in Chiang Rai said that he had tried your sausage, but it was not good. He even compared you to 6 other sources and rated you number 5...

I have tried your sausages too, and felt that your sausages had very little taste. Even the ones you said were American sausage flavour were sooo bland.

I want a good sausage, but I feel that they are not here :(

  2. Hi and thank for the positive feed back on the new Italian and Polish Sausage,We can smoke sausage and bacon but we only have a small smoker,However we are in the process of building a large cold/hot smoker at the new location. both new sausages were a sell out yesterday and today we are making another 20kg of both sausages. are location at this time is on pmuk 1 99/541 moo4, soi16,phase 6,A.sansai,sansainoi 5 min from mee chok Rimping supermarket

We can deliver any place in or out of Thailand to your door. The new place will open soon 2 Rai behind laguna home 2. soi 13 nangleo,A.sansainoi, sansai, 50210 and more details later. easy to find. Rob/sk

Can you really deliver anywhere ?? Pak Chong ??

Please explain where the current location is. Is this a sit in restaurant or only take away? What are the hours? What other foods do you have?

  4. I have a large concrete fish pond with 30cm thick wall and 60cm thick floor. 1.5m deep x 4m wide x 7m long. the problem is when i fill it up the water goes down by a 1/3 in a few days ? I canot find damage or any holes ???? anybody got and ideas, I feel it maybe sucking water through the concrete ?? i was told the concrete had an agent mix with it to make it water proff ?? ummm

  5. We use herbs in some types of sausage, we buy large herb plants on camptien market behind tesco on the super highway rosemary-thyme-sage-western basil and grow on yourself. we just bought new plants a few days ago. Rob/sk

    Thanks everybody will try.

  6. Maybe YOK on the super highway as i have seen it their.

Does the Thai generic sodium bicardonate sold at the grocery stores contain aluminum? And why is aluminum bad? I've been buying the generic stuff for freshening my refrigerator and I doubt it really matters if it contains aluminum.

I believe there is a supposed link between Alzheimers and high amounts of aluminum zirconium in the brain. I don't know much about it, just something I hear amongst my alt medicine friends.

  7. A good business plan would be for someone to start building western style garden sheds here, I belive their is a market in thailand 100% sure, lots of expats here and think thai people would also buy, you could get good contracts with globle house-home mall etc. if i did not have a business already then i would be onto that. i am 100% sure that would make money. rob/sk

I would submit that it is a near-universal farang-trait, when 'her indoors' is having the 'moho grumps', for we civilised-men to retreat to a garden-shed or similar bolt-hole ? :whistling:

IMO the fixtures & fittings should include, although not necessarily be limited to :-

    - a couple of comfortable easy-chairs (the 2nd for any friends who may drop-by)

    - a padded foot-rest

    - a selection of paperbacks & newspapers

    - a well-stocked small fridge for cooling of suitable beverages

    - a window/veranda/open-side with a good view

    - a short-wave radio, to listen to cricket/football (delete as appropriate)

    Extremists might include :-

    - bedding for overnight-stays

    - a tin-hat for emergencies

    - iodine tablets, in case the wind blows from Japan

What would others recommend, to help Doppa design his perfect garden-shed ? B)

  8. Hi and thanks for your info,We would like to cold and hot smoke, we want just a walk in type smoke house that we can smoke our bacon and chicken-cheese-fish-sausage and beef jerky. we are ready to build the smoker but need the spec right. we have a good size piece of land so i am not worried about smoke going into houses of our neighbours. Also we would like to know more on the walk in cool rooms. many thanks. Rob.

  9. Hi there, we at sausage king are looking to build a large cold smoke house in our new location. I need a little help on the best way and spec to build one. I was thinking to build in block bricks ? maybe someone has a building plan for a cold smoker, any advice would be welcome.

Long suffering customers have to run out again! Still, at least you're not as bad as CD Supply the draught Tiger, Heineken and Guinness supplier, they are closing for TEN DAYS! 8h to the 18th. If we run out of things over Songkran don't blame us, blame our suppliers!! At least Makro will stay open!

Sausage king use 95% prime shoulder and belly pork mix for our sausage and fat and spice 5%, No fillers or Colours, No MSG . Only the Best Ingreidents for quality sausage. The sausage king pie is 350g per pie and ful of meat to the point that you do not need fryes or veg with our pies as you will be pushed to finish just one pie. Quality Quality Quality always wins in the end. Rob/SK

    Heretic coming to post.

I have never had a Good Sausage or Local made Pie in Chiang Mai.

Cheerful Charlie did best pie I had decent, but just not right.

He told me that you can't get the Lard for the Pastry, but his father made Pies in WW II and passed on a Trade Secret.

I have been told to my face, I wouldn't know a Good Sausage if I had one.

Best Sausage I ever ate was in Gulf Hotel Bahrain, An outstanding British Pork Banger.

    john

    Like mi grub.

Not strictly true as I managed to eat two of your pies with mash and veg :D they did taste good though!
