30-40,000 baht for a THAI National yes; but you would be able to receive the same salary (if not more plus assistance with Insurance, Housing and car) as in Russia the problem is that many Company's just do not want the Work Permit hurdles that come with NonThai workers

100,000 Baht is actually not such a high monthly salary for Professionals in Thailand, I know quite a few Thais who earn this plus bonus and they only ever seem to be networking (drinks and food meetings)

I have not flown with AirAsia for over 1 year i used to use them almost every 6 weeks from the very start of Thai Air Asia, I just got sick of all the add ons that are really just one big rip off, to have a charge to choose a seat when 2 or more people travel together is just a p£ss take , a charge a make payment when on-line abd NO other sensible alternative method offered is also just a rip off, when you have paid for up to 25kg then are told your just under 26kg and must pay for the next level is also just a p£ss take

I now drive or use Thai...by the time you have travelled to the airport and all the bull involved and waiting around at both ends then using taxis when you arrive it really is not much difference time wise (Domestic 1 hour flights)

AA can go fly, I wont with them

Well I never saw that coming..heres a big tip Air Asia before you fix new routes MAKE SURE PEOPLE CAN GET VISAS EASILY...not have to travel up to Bangkok and wait for a tourist visa then travel back to Phuket (in this case a Vietnam visa)
