The safe marking should be 30 with an allowance of another 10 total of 40, now if speed limits were enforced If I were the police doing my job would ticket anyone going faster than 40. He will speak to witnesses, the car driver passenger to check and align the stories. then he or she will start the basic forensics, are there any skid marks if so they will be measured, the depth of the dent impact into the vehicle, the distance the biker was thrown, etc., etc. will determine the speed of the biker. All this evidence gathered will determine the report which doesn't exist in Thailand from my experience. If this was all done I believe what I saw in the video the forensic report would confirm my assumption. One doesn't need to be there and know when any vehicle is operating well beyond the limits.

I have seen this so many times in Thailand it isnt funny. It is no surprise people would be angry if one party leaves the scene. This must be big joke replacement. I see lots of tents out but no one in sight. I just spent 7 days on the road, Pattaya to Tak and back lots of tents and cones but no inspections. At one point heading Hwy 1 outside of Bangkok, traffic slowed cones out to merge through a single lane but no one was out checking

Correct thanks for clarification my general comments were for those who complain about the system mix the criminal with the civil trial. There were many mistakes made by prosecution and police careers were made and ruined many times the field is leveled with money.

Prior to the trail there are motion by both sides as to what evidence is allowed for the picked jury to hear even as we know where the case can be heard. With the civil the standard is lower Along with jury members. The family knew before hand the Up hill battle In collecting since there are rules as to what can be attached. The reason why OJ got busted in Vegas and serve time. Whatever the judges or jury did or didnt there is an appeal process review by a higher court which none to my knowledge was overturn.
