Like now regarding this topic, I've read all 7 pages rare for me! I read the comments instead of responding to each of them I use the emoji as my response. If I disagree, I would use " Sad " which means I am sad that the poster has such an opinion. I like everyone disagreed about things when I first was told of this forum I was given a warning if I signed up and participated in many forums about Thailand, the dislike for Americans would come across as general from those who are Brits. I've been warned and even given several time-outs I even believe the improper use of them is the reason for the policy change. In the past, I had disagreements but rarely used the emoji but then I noticed a poster using the emoji on my post instead of having a conversation they would use emoji. The moderators are right this is a form of stalking so I tested their consistency in enforcing the policy. Having years of experience being around lawyers and arbitrators I know moderators have a tough job here a number of them are really good some are not isn't that the way the world works? I had a few who disagreed with me stalk me with emojis, so I went overboard and played their game emoji everything they wrote I read and responded with an emoji as to my feelings. The more you talk the more it is clear you are talking about your situation and if you haven't heard it before " Bangkok is not part of Thailand " Thailand's funding is based on the size of the registered population and the size of Bangkok they are getting the majority of the money from the country. From personal experience, the education system is far better in particular funding than the majority of the province which there are 72. I don't dispute the school system is far superior to why several Thai families I know from Pattaya after a certain age sent them to Bangkok. Even Pattaya, in the economic zone, gets a waiver more money due to the tourists the government schools are far below what Bangkok has up country it is worse since the population is less thus less funding in general. Teachers can't teach anywhere they want they are assigned to each province from my understanding. You speak of Bangkok and your daughter's situation I've seen it firsthand in general myself. I have a huge family tree back home that tree starts with public school all of my cousins, their kids, public school. Nearly all are professional , Doctor, Lawyers, my niece two girls 18,22, both got full scholarships at Stanford, tuition is 70,000 USD a year. The oldest graduated with honor and was highly recruited to do research at UCSF. One of my cousins started with McDonnell Douglas Engineer space division left and went with Elon Musk startup he recently retired driving away in EV truck loaded with his stock🤣 They all came from inner city public school.
