  1. More scaremongering about immigration requiring these tax documents. Chonburi Superintendent has said not necessary or planned for the future. Yesterday I asked the Chiang Mai superintendent the same question. His reply was the same as Chonburi Superintendent.
  2. It opens fine for me. It sounds as if they are monitoring your IP address or ISP and blocking you for some reason. Did you ever share your account with anyone else? If not, try using a vpn to say, Singapore and then click on the link I sent. Or......if you are using a vpn, to reach their site, turn it off snd try agsin.

  4. They don't have an email support, just a chat button. I just tried their webpage> order button, and it opened for payment and subscription. Might be worth a try,or use the chat button, to query renewal. https://www.wizztv.co.uk/ And this is what I got when clicking on chat, how do I renew my subscription.
  5. It opens for me. Maybe your device is blocking it somehow. Copy and paste it into your browser.
  6. There are numerous options. Have a look at this link, it might help. https://tecnobits.com/en/how-to-transfer-music-from-one-cell-phone-to-another/
  7. Yes. I just ask the doctor what medication I need, and take the information to my local pharmacy.
  8. Total rubbish. The Taiger as usual taking everything out of context, in order to fill their pages. They would do better at reading the actual statement by the Chancellor. As opposed to this hyperbole and this deliberately misleading article.
  9. Mmmm interesting link. Good to see the govt against benefit fraud. Slightly puzzled by their statement that " bank checks will determine whether an account holder has been out of the country for 4 weeks" Unless of course the account holder withdraws foreign currency whilst abroad. Or maybe I misread it.
  10. Update to your question. It seems you are correct, well spotted. Thank you for raising this. https://www.expattaxthailand.com/thailand-expat-tax-rates-allowances-and-deductions/
  11. I'm not really sure, hence my caveat " as far as I am aware". I read it among all the other posts on the various posts on " income submitted to Thailand " etc. But I cannot recall if it had to be a Thai health insurance.
  12. I enjoyed this film. Interesting facts about the Turkish involvement in WW 1. And the genocide of Armenians. True story: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4776998/
  13. Seems about right. But you could also include any health insurance subs as deductibles within your TEDA, as far as I am aware.
  14. Agreed....I'll go with the flow when and if it becomes necessary.😀
  15. Good point. I'll wait out until there is more info from TRD.
  16. But for those whose TEDA covers the current maximum of UK state pension, is there any real need to complete a tax return?
  17. That's how I read it too. I'm happy either way. I have no tax to pay. But it's easier to swim with the stream than try swimming upstream here in Thailand.😀
  18. @chiang mai and @The Cyclist Thank you both for your replies. I will wait out until TRD confirm the legal requirements regarding TIN and filing a tax return for this years foreign remitted income.
  19. Thank you. I was reading your earlier post, whereby you advised/ said to a member, that he was within the threshold of his TEDA and therefore did not need to file a tax return. That is why I sought clarification. I'm quite happy to complete a TIN if legally required to do so, but not file a tax return if that is not required as I am within TEDA and also DTA.
  20. So, a person with assessable income within their TEDA, does not need to complete a tax return. But if their assessable income is more than the 60/120/ 220k, they still have to apply for a TIN? Seems rather pointless.
  21. If you are using an add blocker, on your phone it can block the bkk app. It also applies to an an app called SD Maid.
