My main bank is BKK but I opened an SCB account some years ago, purely for paying bills. SCB enables payment for all utilities/internet/phone bills via the home screen with just the one SCB EASY app. Each month as the bills are due I just transfer the total amount required into the account .. no charges. Works for me

Maybe an abacus would be the best suited to unscramble this web of lies:
"Siam Bioscience said the first locally produced AstraZeneca doses were delivered to Thailand’s Ministry of Health ahead of the June 7 start of the country’s official mass vaccination program. It did not say how many were delivered."
"Last month, health officials said that AstraZeneca had asked to delay deliveries of its order of 61 million doses to May 2022."
"On Monday, Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said AstraZeneca would deliver https://www.reuters.com/world/asia-pacific/thailand-buy-60-mln-doses-astrazenecas-covid-19-vaccine-2022-2021-08-23 61 million doses that were previously delayed by the end of this year. "

Maybe I need to place a call to my good buddy Russell Crowe more-so his 'A Beautiful Mind' character. Surprisingly, some of these numbers don't add up:

Unfortunately there are plenty more out there:
SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern as of 20 August 2021
ECDC regularly assesses new evidence on variants detected through epidemic intelligence, rules-based genomic variant screening, or other scientific sources. If a decision is made to add, remove, or change the category for any variant, the tables are updated to reflect this change. The tables are regularly sent for consultation to ECDC and WHO Regional Office for Europe’s joint virus characterisation working group. The rules-based genomic screening is performed using an open source algorithm The weekly ECDC variant surveillance data report can be found in the weekly COVID-19 country overviews published on ECDC’s website. On 10 June 2021 ECDC published “Rapid Risk Assessment: Assessing SARS-COV-2 circulation, variants of concern, non-pharmaceutical interventions and vaccine rollout in the EU/EEA, 15th update” and on 23 June 2021 “Threat Assessment Brief: Implications for the EU/EEA on the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 Delta (B.1.617.2) variant of concern”.

Did you miss "Twin Peaks, fire walk with me" the prequel?
Lynch showed genius in some parts of that series, but some of his ideas were just barking, IMO. From what I read about the follow up series recently, IMO he went completely gaga, but the original series was brilliant.
I doubt it would have worked as a stand alone movie though.
Agree with your comments. I'll look out for the prequel. He did get nine Emmy award nominations for 'Twin Peak : The Return' but I haven't seen that either. The Twin Peakes series intro tune is inspired --- it hangs around in the head long after. Apparently he's still into screenplays and such. Reckons his longevity is down to Transcendental Meditation

Never was but should have been a movie:

I think it would be impossible to grasp the underlying theme/message of Fight Club and the Matrix (another of my favorite films) with an into or even a trailer. Most people I know, even after watching both of the aforementioned films, don’t even get it. For example, how could you explain the significance of red/blue pill scene of The Matrix or Morpheus’ quote from the movie….
“The human body generates more bioelectricity than a 120-volt battery and over 25,000 BTUs of body heat. Combined with a form of fusion, the machines had found all the energy they would ever need. There are fields, Neo, endless fields where human beings are no longer born. We are grown... What is the Matrix? Control. The Matrix is a computer-generated dream world built to keep us under control in order to change a human being into this {showing a battery}.”
Most people would view these films only as action movies and little more than that. I have watched both movies multiple times with many different friends and most of them, at the end of the movie, don’t really get it. But both of the movies are incredible commentaries about society.
Red Pill vs Blue Pill….
Which would be your pill of choice? If any.

Indian tourists set to return to Thailand in droves - high demand reports TAT's Mumbai office

Many who are in an even more authoritarian regime would very much like to come to LOS.
Who would have thought?
Even if they have to spend considerable [denomination of choice] amounts to get the fake documents to get there.
When does a refugee, or someone just trying to get back to their family, become a tourist for statistical purposes?
No doubt the TAT has all the facts and figures to hand.
