Bloody incredible, great job the government! Yet, ..... the same people who moaned about foreigners going to the end of the queue, which never happened(in fact are ahead in the queue) are moaning about getting the vaccines that they said they would never get, even if it's Astrazenica or Pfiezer. I was one of the 900,000, and took Sinovac, when my foreign friends got better ones.

That's right. But actually, if you are married, maybe less. For example, if you just got PR, you could probably apply for citizenship on the basis of marriage immediately if you satisfy the 3 years WP and tax stipulation. Even if you haven't got PR yet, you could cancel it and get citizenship.

When I was a vegetarian, I used to eat Linda McCartney pies. They tasted pretty good and like the pies my grannies used to make; maybe it is a type of "comfort" food. I can't see how I was being hypocritical in any way. 25 years ago, I used to go to Central Chidlom for their vegetarian duck, with the texture of the real thing. Now I eat chicken and fish. I wonder if these vegan KFC things are cooked in vegetable oil, all in the same one as the meat. I used to eat vegetarian haggis suppers in Aberdeen that were thrown in the same fryer as bluck puddings and kippers, but never really cared after a night on the sauce.

Stupid cow, shouldn't have travelled if 2000 quid will bankrupt her. I arrived here with 1000 pounds in travellers checks nearly 30 years ago, and still here.

Once again, Anutin does a great job and is met with dissatisfaction from the bashing retirees. This is a good move and puts countries like Australia to shame with stupid lockdowns which are costing lives.

If going the PR route to citizenship, it adds 10 years to the process. The onyl reason not to do it is if your country doesn't allow dual citizenship(eg India/China). I got my citizenship in 3 years and a fraction of the PR cost.(5,000 baht). I thought of getting the PR when it was 9k, before square face increased it. Many people don't realize how easy it is to get citizenship these days if married. People suggested a lawyer for this process also, total waste of money. I am very busy and found the time for 7 daily trips to Bangkok. I was told I needed a WP for the duration but wasn't asked for it, luckily as I didn't have one! I suggest keep one for peace of mind.

There is a walk in c=vaccination at Wat Nong Waen, Khon Kaen. I went today at 8am and out by 10. Sinovac, second one Astra. I think they are there next week too.
