I almost 100% certain you did not get a new visa. What you did was change the reason for your extension of permission to stay, which requires no new visa.
Here are photos, I am 100% sure that this is my passport .

Like I said, those who entered on a Non-Immigrant visa. Can't change Non-Immigrant visa category inside the country.
Hmmm. I changed from a Non-B to a Non+O in Country.

That was changed.
Wasn't it just changed from the recent visa exempt and tourist visa covid extensions only? To all categories as it was previously

Those who entered on a Non-Immigrant visa apparently can't get COVID extensions anymore. Some people need to get a Non-Immigrant B visa for work (and can't change inside the country).
What ? Covid extensions are given again for all visa categories, that is what I have read here. You can get a Non-B visa inside the Country. I did that.. You can get a Retirement visa inside the Country. I also did that.

I would recommend Carson City, Nevada, Hotels, casinos and many Kat houses.

Appreciate your response and yes the same with everything try it and should have made it clear and have a debit card for GSB but not yet used it.
Agree try it out first and yes the SCB has an option for English and not sure if GSB has as I believe most accounts held by Thai Nationals but same for SCB
However my frozen state pension did hit my /scb account as per usual today 13th.
Happy Songkran all
ThanksGSB ATM accepts all debit cards and credit cards, foreign and domestic. Also has multi-language interface. I have an account with them.

Then what I would do is cross into whatever country and return on a visa exempt, then go with whomever from the school and apply for the initial non-b 90 day.

Thank you my friend. But the question was not about those rules!! the question was where he can apply for non immigrant b visa, in what country they accept applications for sure, based on someone's experience!! THE KEY POINT WHERE not how and what to do, just WHERE THEY DO IT FOR SURE. As there were no proper replies from THAI EMBASSY IN MALAYSIA, Laos, Cambodia.
Then what I would do is cross into whatever country and return on a visa exempt, then go with whomever from the school and apply for the initial non-b 90 day.

Thank you, he needs the licence or waiver BEFORE starting work.
Yes, needs that before he can get a work permit, and get the one-year extension. You just need to have the school get all the paperwork together. Degree authentication ,legalization. And hopefully his university is on their approved list.

it looks like it did not help you to resolve so much text))) so sad. yes previously working, and now he wants to get work permit this is thr point of this whole article.))))) I hope now will be clear. But I am not sure.
He will not get the work permit without first getting a teaching license or waiver. 1. non-b 90 day visa 2. apply for teaching license or waiver 3. apply for a work permit. 4. apply for the one year non-b extension. All he has to do is exit the country and return, the school should get the documents in order then go to get the non-b 90 day visa at the imm. location where he is working.

Thanks. In above cases it seems until now I showed them a bill with my address or a bank statement and that was all they wanted.
A bank statement ?

So the wife and I passed the E-learning site, she was able to book a Que using the APP, within days and has a new license, I was unable to use the APP, so I went with her in person to see if I could do it at the same time as her or make an appointment, Nope, the earliest date I can get is sometime in July ! <deleted>, who needs one anyway! <deleted> me off!

I just tried the E-learning site, it is not working at all . My wife and I recently used it and there were no problems.

It is probably easier just to apply & actually do the real driving test here.
As you may have guessed by local driving standards the test is not difficult at all.
There is no online service as a foreigner.
Huh ?

No, you can now use it for older vehicles. Mine is 10 years old. As I understand it, the test goes directly into the DLT database and they don't need to see the paper. I think you just checked a box to say that you've done it. No evidence required.
That's good news, so when you take your car for the tests, they upload results to the system . Very convenient
