I was offered a bag again this morning. The person in front also got their coffees in those plastic bags for cups. I can't see any real change so far.

The problem is that the Monarchy rule the Junta and they inturn manipulate the people and this will never change under this King! A shame that monmey stops the progress of a nation and its loyal subjects.
Absolutely correct.

Airbus would be mad to invest in this.

Will the fake news committee be checking their press releases?

He really has no idea about how a democracy and people's opinion / freedom of expression work. A man with a background of army bootlickers heeding to his every word cannot handle this role and it is becoming blatantly obvious.

In the 21st century a military or its staff should have absolutely no right in being involved in politics. This isn't the 1900s anymore.

The tide is slowly beginning to turn. The people voicing their opinion nowadays isn't just your red shirt farmers. It is a middle class / younger generation along with the power of social media who are starting to see what is really going on here behind the scenes. They can't control the masses anymore due to today's modern world.
The only big stumbling block is what we all know.

I was still offered a plastic bag this morning in 7/11. The person in front also got their coffees in a plastic bag. Good to see the ban is in full flow.

I would hazard a guess that he is being 'forced' to do something like this to try and help his dwindling popularity.

Dumb and dumber. I didn't watch all of the video but parts of it literally sum up the roads here - lawless.

The idea of protecting certain jobs for Thais is fine. However, wouldn't it be easier for Thailand to perhaps introduce a specific visa for people that work remotely and want to live here. They spend their money in Thailand whilst they work on a laptop and surely that is a win - win for the country rather than this constant xenophobia.

So the membership fee is 325,000 and you still have to pay 1300 each round?

Does STA not offer this through one of the qualified teachers already employed at the school?
The international school in Bangkok where I work run tutoring programs. Parents can ask for certain subjects to be tutored to their child and teachers in the school can then volunteer if they want to do them (obviously they are paid extra).

Happened 9 years ago to me and my mates. How they can't stop this is beyond me and just another example of the sheer laziness here.

They are always 'concerned' by the drought and the possible flooding each year. There are never any plans in place to help this it seems.

It will be interesting to see what kind of backlash there is once the inevitable happens next month.

We teach the real WW2 history at the international school where I work, but I assume in normal Thai schools they are taught a nicely doctored version of events.
It is just embarrassingly ignorant from Thailand as usual.

When my wife did it a few years ago I am pretty sure she went back 3 days later for the results.

The video looks impressive, although some slightly strange ideas. As a teacher in an international school in Bangkok I am not too keen on some of those open plan designs / loops.
It'll be interesting the see if they become successful with their high fees and a glut of brand new international schools being opened (Wellington, Brighton, King's College etc).
Maths tutor wanted - must be fluent in English.

Fair enough. Similarly, my school doesn't allow the specific teacher to do the tutoring to a student in their class, but they allow other members of staff to volunteer if they wish. Anyway, good luck.
