  1. I would like to see her convicted for her real crimes and to compensate her victims more than fairly. If this ain't gonna happen, this will do.

Now it's time to start singing like a canary and take down all the other scumbags in Thailand's 'high society'. And we need a changed definition of 'hiso'. It should mean classy only. For decent people with a strong and decent moral code. Low so should be for people like her.

I agree with you especially "singing" to bring down other hi-so scumbags, however, and this is supposition on my part, with her being detained will she be also re-educated to prevent her singing. I suppose she is safer in jail without bail, as otherwise any suspicion of her singing whilst out, would be silenced long before she could get to the first note.

  2. Yeah, the dog (s )inside the gate, next to the house lying in wait and i walk by on the public street. They lunge at the fence, snarling and barking and if they could, would rip off my legs.

Then those same dogs, from 9 at night till 2 am barking barking and more barking at the moon or the motorbikes. The owners are deaf and dumb stupid. Ask a Thai to train a dog? Hardly, since most Thais have no concept of dog obedience.

IMO, let them be dead with no remorse. But i did not kill them.

Those dogs barking etc inside the owners property at that time in the morning, must make life very difficult for you' when you are trying to "sleep it off" in the gutter outside.

  3. I'm a bit confused. They said that the body had started to stiffen after a few hours.I always thought that Rigor was accelerated by cold temperatures, but slowed down by warmth.I know that rigor is a temporary state, but doesnt the time and length of time of death, rather conflict with the reports.

Please,if there is a medical op out there, correct me if i am wrong.

    thanx guys.

Yes. Also there are devices that can control hotel room temperature. They are called "Air condiitioners".

  4. .....yeah right....

...and they just happened to have access to his apartment....

Read all the articles. You have this stupid habit of jumping straight in and say anything that first comes to your head.

I'll try to help you. It says the bar owner, not a bar girl, reported he did not go to her bar that night, as he normally did. She reported that to the condo reception, who had a spare key. The condo reception sent an employee, with the spare key, to check his room and found him in the bathroom.

The rest is all speculation. But speculation on TV is what fills your boring day up. Grow up.

  5. The money could have been better spent feeding poor children, or since itsto celebrate American Independence Day, help clean up the unexplored bombs they have left over S. E. Asia. Bet TV take this blog off, as being an American business it won't allow the truth to be told. Anywhere else in the world where a foreign businessman gives money to the police would be investigated and possibly acceptance refused.

  6. I assume you mean by alien, your talking about a non immigrant. Not a creature from out of space.

Alien is a term used on many Thai, and other documents. No need to assume, it means exactly what it is defined to mean. Non-Thai in this case, a forengner irrespective of planet of origine...keep enjoying watching your movies and reading your comic books, and don't forget to remind ET to phone home.

  7. Its about getting on with your life. Get a lawyer to act as a mediator for the amount of payment bargained for. Once both parties are happy with the amount, get the lawyer to draft and both parties sign the agreement, and rectify the Land office side of things. Expencive - yes. Piece of mind priceless.

When the wall was built you can bet your neighbor was alert to this.

  8. Returned to Thailand 20 June via Don Muang airport - this form not seen.

First sentence: "Expats and foreigners in Pattaya are now being asked to complete the form, when they go to complete their 90 day report or extend their visas."

What is the difference between an 'Expat' and a Foreigner' ?

One means you not from here but you are working, the other just means you are not from here. Both unwelcome so not a lot really.

Your seldom right, but your wrong again. So I looked up

    The definition:

"Expat is an abbreviation of Expatriate..."a person living away from his o her own country". " A Foreiger".

So you need not be working, you can be retired. So I think you added that "working" part just for the sake of having an excuse to complain. You know..."I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the fact I have to work here, so I'm different and have a right to Thai bashing" bull dust.

  9. I'm not saying this is or isn't correct, but as an ex mental health professional, I'd like to say that Clinical Depression (A disease, and not the emotion of feeling down) is sadly something that deserves more research and certainly more public awareness ( And certainly less mock as is consistent here). It will strike 4 out of 5 people at sometime in their life, and is the highest cause of deaths of males between the ages of 18 to 40 in the UK alone. If you have friends or family, then I encourage you to learn about it. It is curable, so you just might save their life one day.

    RIP

  10. This type of curved TV screen, is an invention based upon the indigenous Australian boomerang, and the market is aimed at avid sports fans who's team keeps loosing. So now when the enraged looser throws his TV out of the window, it returns safe and sound. So even at the retail cost of 260,000 Bhat, it works out financially viable.

  11. You answered your own question when you said "Americans regard themselves as policemen of the world". Not just here but everywhere. The average American is not as well educated or intelligent as they portray, so they compensate for this inferiority complex by adopting a superiority complex (Adler. A). Seems this deluded actor falls into that common category.

You should count yourself lucky that your skin is not too dark, as then, maybe, he would have shot you in the back as you walked away.
