    No, he can't travel overseas unless he can prove it is necessary on medical grounds. The man is facing very serious charges. And it seems he hasn't offered any evidence to back up his medical claims to need to go abroad. No one is saying he is innocent or guilty, that's up to the judge. Do try to concentrate more.

    Yeah, take kids to building sites to live in corrugated shacks with the parents. Or take them to the industrial estates in Chonburi and then pay for day care if they can find it, when the parents are working shifts. The kids are frequently better off at home in the villages with grandparents who are often only in their forties or fifties.
