Had very major problems either huge amts of wax for years until about 30 years ago I use cotton wool buds gently to clean out water after a shower. My ears are 100% clean now all the time. I know buds are not recommended anymore but I swear by them

Self self assessment tax return for UK
Card replied to Card's topic in UK & Europe Topics and Events
Thanks. But the questionnaire I quote is not only for non residents. -
I have lived in Thailand for 20 years and fully declared my non-residency status to HMRC. In 2012 the HMRC told me I need not send an annual self assessment tax return each year anymore because I only have my UK pensions (taxed at source) and my bank interest which was very low and also taxed at source. However, my bank interest earnings (given gross- not taxed at source anymore) have shot up recently due to high UK bank interest rates, so I completed a questionnaire from HMRC as to whether I need to start sending then a self assessment for tax again, as I am registered for self assessment online. The questionnaire states that as I don't have income of more than £100,000 per annum income, nor any foreign income, and no more than £10,000 per annum earnings from bank interest etc then I don't need to send one. I know I can ask HMRC directly but I want to put this to the forum first: How come I wont have further tax liabilities this year if my untaxed bank interest has shot up? Does the HMRC depend on other ways to find your income and then automatically send a self assessment to you if needed? The questionnaire is here: https://www.gov.uk/check-if-you-need-tax-return

Obviously, by preserving its thoroughly democratically elected govt, it is showing why its candidature to be a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council is fully justified.

The Jin is very good. I have visited along with the Golden Years group which he may also like to join as it provides enormously useful resources, talks and visits related to us oldies. They are a one stop shop for any advice like this for Thailand retirees. The place is in Nonthaburi - a bit far out of BKK but they have a bus to the nearest BTS. They also have medical services on site or an ambulance for serious cases. https://www.jinwellbeing.com/ Check out Bangkok Golden Years Seniors https://www.meetup.com/bangkok-golden-years-seniors on Meetup

Thailand has a load of precious artifacts that it looted from surrounding countries in its history, including the Emerald buddah. Any chance of those being returned I wonder. -

Lazada holds the payment for quite a long time before transferring it to the vendor so it's probably Lazada that's taking time to give you your refund.

No doubt the result of a shoot to kill policy. A few bullets is much cheaper than a trial and imprisonment.
