The extremely low US savings rate is a myth.

I know nothing about the physical presence test. Have always used the bona-fide residence test. Never stayed 28 days in USA since migrating here seven years ago.

I've always used the bona fide residence law. Don't know if it has a 30 day limit. However, the language is not clear.

No need to keep the CBR150 at 150cc. 175 would be fine.
