No need to tow they get driven around all over Hua Hin everyday, cars with no stickers, broken lights, no mufflers.
Many are rusted patched up wrecks.
Kids driving bikes, I saw 5 people on a bike yesterday by a school, 3 kids and 2 adults ,no helmets.
As for lpg vehicles they should not be allowed to fill-up at stations unless they have a certification from road transport that is current.
You cant even fill a lpg bottle in NZ if the test date is not current.
You can not fill cars or busses without the vehicle having current certification.
I dont know how Thais get licenses they dont obey pedestrian crossing rules or roundabouts.
Service station staff should be trained to check the cng or lpg registration, they are trained in most countries.
