Absolute legend!
Best wishes, B B.

Never been much of a democracy, but Article 44 confirms that the place is now a one man dictatorship.

The reaction of so many passersby was either prearranged (why?) or a spontaneous reaction. Hard to be certain of the reality of the situation but rather be safe than sorry. Benefit of the doubt to the idea of spontaneity though I don't reckon the video is much evidence if the case comes to trial, unless there is audio of the guy threatening to throw the child.

It's the way the BIB immediately leap to the suicide theory on virtually every occasion. They do more leaping to suicide than do the poor deceased.

More of a turnip than a swede.

Police reenactments are such perverse publicity stunts, especially in the cases when the accused pleads innocence.

And as the sun sets to end another day in the Land of Smiles, I'll drink a toast to the posters on Thaivisa for confirming to me yet again, that I am not the maddest hatter of them all.

I did the same thing once and it lasted for four years.
I did the same thing twenty seven years ago and it hasn't stopped yet.

It's all Greek to me.

That's one way to get your photo splashed all over the internet.
The things people do for their fifteen minutes of fame.

Don't think the Brit shares the unquenchenableThai desire for a photo opportunity.
Looks as if he wants to down play it.

And just how true is this story considering the source - can you just imagine a farang guy with wife and child in tow accepting a polite request (probably in Thai) to vacate a taxi on a motorway - yeah right something that happens everyday in Thailand.
Yes I can imagine it and I also believe it.

Perhaps overkill (no pun) or perhaps not.
it's a show of force to send a wider message rather than just reacting to the murder of one person.
-
When the original story appeared a few days ago, there were several posters on this site blaming the victim for 'riding away'. They have all gone quiet now.

Can always rely on some Thaivisa posters to whip up a lynch mob at short notice.

Don't you just love living in a time warp?

Trigger happy cops is bad news for everyone.

I love my freedom here and riding my bike with NO helmet, it is called freedom and I hate all the nanny state do gooders who preach about safety all the time, jeees it is not safe to walk down the street so we will all have to stay indoors in padded cells to stop hurting ourselves!!!! Live your life how you want to and stop telling others how to live theirs.
If you pulled your head out from where it's been inserted for quite a while you would realise that the ruling is for kids under the age of six. They have no choice at all.

Met Terry a couple of times many years ago.
Absolutely top bloke, great mind, great wit.
Now he can actually rest in peace.

The jumper never contemplated what kind of trauma onlookers will have for many years to come. Why do they have to do their selfish act in such a public place? I know they probably have lost the will to live through extremely sad circumstances, but the majority of us have chosen to die of natural causes many years from now.
Enlighten me, please.
From where do you get the power to choose to die of natural causes many years from now?
Most of us hang in there for as long as we can. Choice doesn't come into it.

'.....when the van was approaching the sharp curve, the van lost control and overturned.'
There's the villain, the van was driving itself, presumably because the driver was asleep.
Perhaps he thought he was driving an automatic.

Just to let everyone know, Kate Upton has definitely not cancelled any plan to come round to my place for the weekend.
