  1. What if you have a shy bladder, do the cops stand around and wait until you squeeze a couple of drops out?
  2. So, how did you deal with the non-payers, or did the payers keep on supporting them?
  3. You are correct, but these morons can't see the big picture, they think they are smart by letting others carry them.
  4. I know Suksabai well, great location. I can see the same outcome happening where I live.
  5. So stealing their utility bills is your solution?
  6. We have mains water, illegal to turn off.
  7. The maintenance fees are reasonable, depending on land size. I pay 14000 baht a year for 95 sq. wah. But not all residents would be high income earners or may have lost jobs etc, but I think most would just rather spend the fees on something else.
  8. We had one 2 storey house that was a non payer for 10 years, always had the latest red plate BMW or Merc outside, but the bank recently reposessed their house and kicked them out. Karma.
  9. I have suggested a shame board, but I guess if you either have no money or no shame, that may not work either.
  10. Yes, we can do that.
  11. I think the law is different for villages. I know it's illegal to turn off water or electric, only those suppliers can do that.
  12. I very much doubt if that was either legal or could be enforced.
  13. No, some falang (German) and some Thai.
  14. I've lived in a gated village of 35 houses on the darkside for 13 years. During that time there has been the odd non payer, but now we have 8 houses that are refusing to pay maintenance. So now we are fast approaching the situation where there won't be enough funds to pay for security, pool maintenance, lighting and road sweeping. AFAIK there is no way to force these parasites to pay. Anyone else having a similar problem in their village?
  15. Unless you're stuck in a job you hate. I took retirement at 60, 21 years ago.
  16. Really enjoyed it, didn't seem that long.
  17. I mentioned Losartan because some time ago I asked about an alternative to Valsartan because of the cost, and you suggested Losartan. I rang the doctor and asked about switching and all he said was that Losartan wasn't as strong as Valsartan. That was in 2017.
  18. There is, I just gave it to you, Losartan.
  19. Never buy meds from hospital pharmacy, much cheaper from local pharmacies. I was prescribed Valsartan and also found it expensive and Sheryl suggested Losartan which is much cheaper and basically the same thing, so now use that.
  20. Forgot to mention I only take half a 100mg Cardeloc per day.
  21. AFAIK I have no heart problems and the initial doctor's visit was for high BP which was around 170 at the time. I have had ECG's and treadmill diagnostics and my pulse rate at rest is around 60bpm, so can't give you reason for the Cardeloc.
  22. This is what the doctor at Pattaya Bangkok Hospital prescribed.
