In USA we have different levels of prison low to max and it seems that the rich and famous go to the low security facilities. These facilities are known to be easier on the person. So I honestly am wondering if she is in a real jail or a low security facility where you can get anything you want.

Many everynight. Mostly Thais with their big leo bottles. Not only walking but sitting in front of 711 on the curb in front of lotus etc. It's super common here in BKK. I'm surprised if you have not seen all the people drinking beer in the open.

Yeah the guy burning in his underwear just walks through the middle and no one helps. I see a lot of running back and forth not knowing what to do. There is one Hero running back to help pulling off his shirt in his underwear. There was too many people on fire. The only thing they could have done is take off Their clothes and try and smother flames. Is Stop drop and roll taught in Thailand? More training and fire safety for all clubs. Terrible situation.

I'm not so sure about fear of helping here in Thailand because ive seen many accidents and also a shooting. In these situations Ive seen Thais helping immediately. Maybe my judgment is to harsh about this fire. It would be hard to help without getting burned and without a source of water. The fear, adrenaline , explosions , raging fire, flight response , etc., everyone acts differently in these situations.

I got something else to say that pisses me off. If you watch the vid I mentioned people ate literally running out on fire Laying on the ground on fire and no one is helping them. There are many people filming and walking around while people on fire and burning. The Thais in the comments seem upset about this too.

Just saw the TikTok video of people running out from onenews31 tiktok feed and it's terrible. I also have been getting a lot of vids of bars throughout Thailand making fire shots. One video has a dude lighting about 30 shots on fire and shooting lighter fluid all over the bar. Not saying this is a reason but Thailand has had to many fires and casualties at clubs and bars. This happens here too often.

Would they really flip flop on an international level with this? I've seen flip flops here but this would be an international loss of face on an epic scale. I was wondering about this because before the law I had some neighbors who smoked and could smell it in the floors hallway. I live on the 18th floor and have been smoking in the kitchen with the balcony door open. The kitchen has a sliding door to block it from the rest of the condo so I just turn the fan on blowing the smoke out. I'm sure people may smell it but I'm not smoking a lot. Do you all just smoke on your condos balcony or in the room?

Are there currently any cafe coffee shop bars that you can chill and smoke? Looking in Bkk but curious about anywhere throughout Thailand. I know from my visits since 2008 that you can smoke at various island and beach Reggae bars but with the new law I wonder if any legit places are open now. Thanks all.

Just returned from Laksi to get my covid extension and they are asking for tickets now. Luckily I printed it out and included with my documents because it was the first thing she asked about after stating I've been here to long. She was actually very polite and in a good mood today.The guy being helped next to me was asked the same and the IO showed my printed ticket to him . The IO helping him asked if he could get a ticket and she will stamp 60 days but he said he didnt have and got the 7 days stamp.Felt bad for him because I couldn't tell him about booking a ticket in front of the IO's. I think this is only for long term covid visa users so just a warning to be prepared before or be ready to show a ticket.
