I mixed this with honey and have had no ants for over 6 months now. Good stuff.

Went last night. Had Steamed Pork dumplings and Noodle with Pork Spare Rib. Both delicious and enough to fill me. Total cost with a bottle of water was only 165 baht - cannot beat that for value and taste.

I recently discovered Cafe Pitini on Soi Buakhao, and would like to give them a thumbs-up. Their service is excellent, the menu is comprehensive, their fish and chips is the best I've yet found in Pattaya or Jomtien, the restaurant is enclosed with cool airconditioning, the noise level is low, there is no smoking inside, newspapers provided free, open all afternoon, definitely my kind of eating place.

Woke up Saturday morning to find Internet down. The lights on the Router indicated that it was not a problem at TOT, but still waited for 4 hours. Called the automatic number they have now and lady called me on my cel 20 mins later. Told me she would give to technician. As it was already afternoon I did not expect a response that day. Next day at 9am my TOT phone rang once. Haha I thought, they are working on it. Sure enough, at 11am got a call on my cel from technician to make sure I was home. He arrived 10 mins later. He spoke good English, very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my Router and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I tipped him 100 baht. So to receive this service during a holiday period, TOT has to be given 5 stars. I have been with TOT now for several years and I would estimate my uptime has been close to 99%.

I get my coffee at Foodland. The Thai Duang Dee tastes not only good but is also very affordable.

Agree on the breads, but since I live around the corner of two bakeries it's not really an issue.

The residence certificate is not the form you found. It is done like a letter.

Normally they are in Thai. You could ask about getting one in English or have the one in Thai translated.

I just downloaded the form TM18 and it is in both Thai and English.

I second the recommendation for Queen Sirikit. My friend had his done last month for 35,000 baht, and he does not speak Thai. First day check-in. Second day operation. Third day home.

If the place in Central still exists, it will be a different owner now. I spoke with the owner (one of 2 brothers) at 3rd road and he confirmed they had moved from Central.

They have moved from that location to 3rd road.

The Lebanese Palace Restaurant on 3rd road is excellent. You can bring your own wine with no corkage charges.

The baht bus was crowded on both occasions, and yes, the lady did have a large bag.
