When doing the income/bank deposit for the first time, how long does the money have to be in the bank. 2 or 3 months?

My present passport expires in Sep this year. My 1 year retirement extension is due for renewal 3rd May. Immigration will no doubt only give me until Sep for the retirement extension. After I get my new passport and take it into Immigration, will I get back the May 3rd date in the new passport.?

This thread piqued my interest, so I browsed their website. Its been open since 2005. Looked through the guestbook and saw many farangs in pretty good shape, and no sign of any underage kids. OP should have done his homework before moving in.

Does anyone know the physical size and/or model numbers of the 2 smartphones AIS are offering?

There was previous discussion of purchasing colloidal silver at http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/34996-colloidal-silver/
I did a search before posting and saw that thread. It is 8 years old, so really quite useless now. Also, mesosilver is not colloidal silver.

Just for the record, I am 70, in excellent health and not on any medications. Please let this thread not be derailed on discussions about our health choices.

I am not interested in the opinions of the so-called medical sites. Big Pharma does not want natural products to be known.
I can get mesosilver from the States if not available here.

Anyone know if this is available in Thailand? Thanks.

A friend of mine went to Koh Chang by minibus last week. Took him directly to his resort on Koh Chang. Cost was 850 baht. Booked at Travel Agency (sorry, don't know name) on 3rd road just past Pattaya Tai on left hand side going north, just before the first small soi.

This should help you. You will be able to get a basic 3G phone from AIS just by buying 100 baht of time and agreeing to staying with them for 1 year. I am still on 2G and its working as of now.

Mata Hari wins on every point. Quality food, great ambiance, excellent value.

The will do a stamp with info about the visa you used to get the entry you have been extending along with your most recent extension stamp.
So no problems?

My local office is Jomtien. Next year I will be renewing my Canadian passport at the Canadian Embassy in Bangkok. Then I will have a passport with no stamps in it - no arrival stamp for example. Will there be a problem transferring my retirement extension visa to the new passport?

Bon Cafe in Naklua. They also have a website. I bought my Seaco fully automatic from them a few years ago - still going strong.

Just for everyone's info. I emailed Chonburi Immigation a week ago about not getting past the first page, but so far no reply or acknowledgement.

I tried a few times but always got message to contact your local immigration office. Did the report at jomtien and told them I tried to do it on line and did not work. He smiled and said its just computers. He claimed the info in the computer was correct. Will try again in 3 months.

Tonight I went to Golden Friar in Jomtien as I had not been there for some time. On the way out going away from the beach, there is now a Chinese restaurant where Chok Dee used to be. It says Sichuan Cuisine, believe its called H and L and at 9pm was busy inside the A/C room.

I hope this is true as I live in the Thai estate close by.

I have heard that there is a huge warehouse on soi 89(?) in East Pattaya over the rail tracks that sells herbs and natural products. Anyone have any info on this?

That's what I have been doing. However the Canadian dollar is heading down at the moment, so I am being pro-active just in case it drops below my income requirement method. Its at 24.75 today, but when it reaches 22 I will have to do the combo method.
