    I agree, but they could increase the fines substantially, please don't say but they can't afford to pay, as this fine is also supposed to be a deterrent & not just a fine.

    Now the authorities are getting the idea, it's called a "Deterrent" if only they would see this (Deterrent) in other types of sentencing instead of the soft slap on the wrist.

    Confusing to say the least, obviously some poor reporting somewhere, good to hear she is still alive

    Witnesses told The Phuket Express that the pickup truck driver was driving at high speed before losing control and spinning around into the roadside. As of press time, the exact cause of the accident was still under investigation by relevant authorities. I would say the reason has already been established .......LOL
