I hear what you say but have not read this story, even so these vessels are designed to be swamped with water without it having any detrimental effect, but if the rough sea hatches or doors are open ..............
From what I have read regarding the circumstanses of the sinking the most probable cause would be the rough sea hatches were not secured, possibly due to ventilation issues or lack of maintenance
All joking aside, it is way passed the point when some serious investigation is conducted to ascertain the true story behind all these supposed "Brake Failures" like the little boy who cried "Wolf" nobody believes it when Brake Failure is used as the reason for any of these crashes - Alternatively print the real reason in a followup report. ..............😱😱😱
I agree, but they could increase the fines substantially, please don't say but they can't afford to pay, as this fine is also supposed to be a deterrent & not just a fine.
Now the authorities are getting the idea, it's called a "Deterrent" if only they would see this (Deterrent) in other types of sentencing instead of the soft slap on the wrist.
Now this is funny, and the lesson is "Really get to know your neighbor before opening your arms to embrace" sometimes your closest neighbor may not be the best one ..............LOL 😎🤣😂
