The fact is that so many Thais are such hypocrites they change their minds constantly dependent on the company they are in.

This is a disgusting attitude from the police, why are they even police officers if not willing to serve & protect.

While revenue from increased numbers of tourists may be beneficial to Thailand there is a distinct lack of regulations that should be introduced that would benefit other businesses & tourists who are not interested in being soaked to the skin for 10 days on the trot. There should be a cutoff point like there was many years ago whereby throwing of water terminated at 18:00hrs providing time for people to enjoy going of a meal & sitting comfortably in an airconditioned environment & further enjoying the day. Business owners must also want this as they do not want water throwing or indeed people sitting soaking wet through on their furniture, coupled with the lack of income due to people not wanting to go out and being soaked preventing them from having a relaxing evening.

No the reason being driving too fast for local weather condition

Finally, the penny drops !! many on this forum myself included have been pointing this fact out on numerous occasions
