    Bit of a white elephant, if preveious years are anything to go by speeding during Songkran in Pattaya is virtually impossible as all the roads will be gridlocked .............LOL

    While I agree with much of what he is trying to acheive, I would like to voice my opinion that marijuana is far better than the Ya-Ba or Ice which in turn is much easier to obtain and also much cheaper for the youths to purchase.
