It's 285 we'd want and the destination is Switzerland. He says he can't get it there. Tried Thai stores as well.
Was meant to be a surprise gift - but I guess that ain't happening.
Apparently we can't even send him any curry pastes or anything of the sort.
Sigh.
Sending liquids through air is not possible, as it might be liquid explosives. That is the same all over. You probably could try shipping it ground transport.
Food depends by country so many different import restrictions, I understand that the post office might be reluctant as they don't want to deal with unhappy customers whose packages did get returned or confiscated

This is exactly where Boris Johnson wanted to be at all times - his parliament forced him into deal negotiations that he never wanted. Now he thinks that he has a way out and can blame the EU for it.
He does not care about any collateral damage to his own country, it is all about his ego and being right - Trumps playbook 1:1

Pump sizing for me has only one important factor: pressure I get in my rainshower... I want a waterfall and not a drizzle. A Mitsu 205 gives you this, a 105 probably not

Really depends what you want.
Just a few CCTV cameras, all wireless with possibility to upload videos in cloud? Then TukCom (or IT Com as some say) is your best choice, as they have plenty of cams for that purpose. All you then later need is a handyman who will connect the cams to the power and you will configure your cams all on your own. The brand I use is EZVIZ and comes with it's own app and CAN be configured for cloud-storage (at a cost per cam).
If you want a wired system with a recorder, then you will need a CCTV company, there are quite a few who also have a shop inside TukCom, so this would be your one-stop shop for both areas.

Well, not sure where you live, but near my house, there are at least 3 professional laundries that have 12-15kg washing machines and dryers that will do the job for little money..

Well, looks like for you, Thailand equals Pattaya... so there are good news for you...
- the beach is much wider now but still dirty (as is the water)
- girls are still waiting for handsum farangs and even some beer bars are open for you
- STD clinics are still all over waiting to check and fix you before you go back home
For me, even though I live near Pattaya, Thailand is SO MUCH MORE than Pattaya, in fact, I could well do without QUOTES... and the "old Thailand" is still right there.. just open you mind and close your pants and go look around outside of Pattaya

Yes, that was what happened to me 3y ago when changing from retirement extension to marriage based. I was told that it is a completely new type of permission to stay and therefore starts from scratch.

I also use hotmail. Lately, I find many mails in the Spam filter, even from people I sent mails to.
Now, I immediately add people I mail to my contacts, that solves the problem on my side.
People you mail to should do the same and regularly check their spam

As above, only restriction is about buying land or land/house, where you have to sign that the money is purely her's.
My wife just bought a car in her name with my money, nobody cares about that, nothing I had to sign.
What you need to know is that all purchases during marriage are considered common good of both partners and would need to be split in a divorce situation no matter whose name is on it.

@johnnybgood What version of Windows 10 are you running? Did you install 2004 already or are you still on 1909? When you say "latest updates", did you see any feature related to bluetooth in the list of available updates?

Good that you told her, so she knows that she has to finish the next argument with a knife to your back or belly...

OP @maqui
You are wrong in many statements:
1 Swiss airlines is not allowed to take passengers to Thailand. The only flights are repatriation flights organized through the various Thai Embassies in Europe
2 the THAI government has set a limit to the number of foreigners allowed into the country on a daily basis, I think currently this is 200-300 peopl, who all have to go to pre-defined and pre-paid quarantine hotels
3 the Swiss Embassy in Thailand announced that waiting times for repatriation flights are up to 2-3 months. This is btw the reason why Thai nationals don't get any Schengen short time Visas.
4 from your post, it seems that you are a first time mover to Thailand and you currently live abroad with your (Thai) wife. Therefore, you are not even in the list of eligible people who could get a CEO (certificate of entry) into Thailand
Sorry for the bad news, I also had to cancel all my trips to Switzerland, because I would not be able to come back for months

I sold my old Mazda when I bought a Mitsu. Mitsu dealer organized the 2nd hand dealer, he has to not only check and fix various things, he also had to buy new tires before resell and give a 6-month warranty for major problems (engine, suspension etc).
All that - repairs, risks plus profit - have to be covered by the margin

Stay behind and take it easy unless if is a life-or-death situation, then using the horn would be a possibility.
One minute delay will not make a difference to your life, but an accident with possible grave outcome will.

I assume you have a contract with your co-owner? Does it say anything about selling your share, i.e. do you have to offer it to your co-owner first at a given price? If not, you are free to sell
But.. who wants to buy a condo-part without knowing the other co-owner? What are other restrictions in your contract like living in the condo etc?

Very unlikely. The government just stopped the "travel bubble" scheme which would have allowed very small numbers of tourists from selected countries.
Currently allowed to come in are 5 or 6 categories like diplomats, people with work permit or married to a Thai citizen. BUT even those only under VERY strict requirements including mandatory and self-paid quarantine

Personally, I assume that the majority of people who voted for option 1 either don't live here or are bar mongers who have missed their beer and girls too much.
Fact is - see the polls- Thai people are AFRAID of the virus, they see and read about what happens in China, Europe, USA and they don't want people possibly bringing in the virus to come here
I completely agree with that sentiment

One: Yes, you need the form, pics, passport copies, if you do not have an old slip, because they need the old reporting slip to scan in to find you.
Two: no, the 90d report is not linked to your financial requirements, that is a separate thing you need to do.
Three: try to do it online next time, you can do it 7-15 days before the actual report date, safes time and money. For this time, you are to late.

Looking for a good physio therapy place in Pattaya, NOT the hospitals please, as I have bad experiences with them. It is about near constant back pain going down to the leg. X-ray of spine completely negative (S-Spine clinic in BKK), warming creams and sprays and Voltaren help some but only for limited time.
So I guess my wife needs physio in order to get her muscles back in "shape". Any help and hopefully personal success stories appreciated

Sending a bottle of Thai whiskey to Europe - impossible?
in General Topics

EU countries do not send wines, EU companies might, but they do it by container and ship. EU citizens can not send liquids by air, as this is globally forbidden.
