I've been looking for shoes in Bangkok forever.
My foot size is pretty large for Thailand. NO shoes for me here, whatsoever. Oh, sorry, I found some but they are at a very high end price. If I remember correctly over 10,000 baat. It's not that expensive in my home country, but still, would like to find some descent price' ones.
Does anybody know of made to order leather shoes in Bangkok?
Thanks!

If you haven't seen them, they are not around here.

I'd like to add to what I said before. The longer he stays in a place like this, meaning no one on one contact, the greater the damage he will face in years to come. Is there a possibility of you taking him at this stage already to your home? maybe get the biological mother to agree and sign something. The child does not see the difference between a legal adoption and just being cared for. This will minimize the damage already done. It might even speed up the legal adoption process.
As I see in the posted picture, you are a caring person, trying to amuse him like that. He needs love more then anything. When adopted, he will eat what you eat and go to schools you can afford. Financials do not matter. What matters to him is being loved.
And during his childhood and adolescence don't ever expect him to be thankful to you. He deserves a normal childhood free of guilt.
Please, do what you can and even more!!!

Hi, do me a favor my young friend. Adopt him ASAP. I look at the picture you posted, and he looks so s a d! He doesn't make an eye contact with you as though he already knows there is nobody to care for him in this world.
You will never regret the moment as children bring so much joy to our lives, whoever they are, and he looks such a good kid...
Really, do what you can.

Hi,
I have a retirement visa.
I have a "receipt of notification" dated Nov. 23rd, 2012, saying I should report again on Feb. 22nd, 2013.
I have visa renewal from 1.1.2013.
So, do I have to report on Feb 22nd, or 90 days after the new visa was given?
Information regarding would help a lot!
Thank you!

I usually buy "organic honey" for 350-400 tb. When buying you should see if it begins to crystallize.
A 100% honey should crystallize in cold temperatures.

'I am thinking about investing a sum of money in the Thai stock market.
In the year of 2012 it roamed by 36% I hear, and some predict it won't repeat itself this year.
Does anybody have more insight to this matter, and holds any thought about: Thai stock market, is it a good investment compared to others?'
The first questions are how much you are thinking of investing, what is your risk profile, do you intend to be a trader or an investor, how much time you are going to put into it and what is it you are hoping to achieve. With regards to your aversion to volatility implied by the reference to Thai SET 36%, there is no rule that says either the SET or any other exchange will not vary by such amount (eg +/- 18%). If you want reassurance that stocks will not end up 18% down at the end of the year you can't have it anywhere. No guarantees. Stick it on deposit.
I was thinking more of thoughts rather then guarantees.

I make a very simple white cheese. If you are still interested let me know. It's very easy to make.

Well, this is unbelievable. I came across this info when I asked an agent of an investment company the same exact question, two weeks ago, and he said they can buy shares as long as they let the company know about it.
I guess one should find out what they are invested in...

Sure right. People who understand never lose money in the stock market or anywhere else.
You could be my ex twisting my words like that.
Sorry thailand, I guess I misunderstood your post.
Accept my appologies.

After googling I can see why it is a good time to buy now. Very expensive though.

How is Thai gold different then the rest of it? and why is it good time now?

Thank you Fletch. That's very helpful in looking on overall risks/gains. I guess, like you said, we are facing a pull back after a very successful 2012. . I am long term here and long term investor. So looking to the next year or so.
Does Asian have any effect on, let's say housing project' stocks?

I use ktzmico. They charge 0.0167... if I'm not mistaken.

I make cheese on a weekly basis. I use these fabric diapers (what is it called?), and buy them at baby's department stores.

The concept of double pricing exists here in Thailand as well as other SE Asian countries. Some of them charge different prices for flight tickets. It is a very general way of looking at foreigners as rich and therefore should pay more.
I often get farang prices at street vendors too. That shows how very basic understanding it is.
